Your Role

As our new Sales Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and curating exceptional customer experiences. You’ll also lead on purchasing and valuation of luxury designer bags.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build meaningful connections with new and existing clients, both individual collectors and corporate buyers.
  • Offer personalized shopping support and style advice tailored to budgets and tastes.
  • Luxury Product Sales & Recommendations
  • Provide expert guidance on brands such as Hermès, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton.
  • Stay ahead of seasonal and investment-worthy trends to advise clients confidently.
  • After-Sales Support & VIP Care
  • Deliver exceptional aftercare services, especially for VIP clients.
  • Handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure follow-ups meet our five-star standards
  • Identify upselling opportunities and maintain a high customer conversion rate.
  • Market & Product Insight Sharing
  • Feed valuable frontline data to our buying team, including popular demand, trending styles, and fast-moving stock.
  • Influence sourcing strategy through hands-on market insights.
  • Ensure all bags are carefully cleaned, inspected, and presented in top condition before dispatching to customers.
  • Maintain our reputation for quality and excellence in every client order.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury sales.
  • You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • You have strong knowledge of the resale market, brand authenticity markers, and luxury handbag valuations.
  • You’re confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • You understand how to build trust with clients and love delivering impeccable service.
  • You’re based in London or able to work full-time from our London office.
  • Multi-lingual ability (especially Mandarin or Japanese or Arabic) is a plus but not required.
