What if my items get lost during delivery?

We use a trackable and “signed for” shipping service for all orders, and each shipment is covered by our transit insurance policy. For high-value items, we may arrange additional insurance as needed. If your item is lost during transit, please contact us via email as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
