Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to support our fast-growing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with orders, returns, product questions, and more—while learning how luxury e-commerce and community building works behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with order processing, shipping updates, returns, and refund request
  • Provide product information and support clients in choosing the right items
  • Record and report customer feedback to improve service and operations
  • Work closely with the sales, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer journeys
  • Help manage customer communications during livestream sales and online auctions
  • Support the team during pop-up events and showroom appointments
  • Help maintain our brand voice: warm, clear, and trustworthy

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, patient, and solution-focused attitude
  • Highly organised and able to multitask under pressure
  • Passionate about luxury fashion and sustainability
  • A team player who thrives in a startup environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus)
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is a bonus but not essential
